Color is a constant that distinguishes all the rooms but in truth the discriminating factor is the use of the materials used for the walls. These rooms express a concept of hospitality, travel, content, memory and suggestion more on the raw material than on the color. This in fact represents a step forward compared to an aesthetic restyling of a boutique hotel. In fact, color is usually the element that stands out and it is always quite intuitive to associate color with an emotional state, but the material touches and touches another more concrete and current meaning for our historical period.
Materials that furnish and define a welcoming style: raw lime, clay, plaster, metals, paper. Oxidation techniques, delabrè, stucco dyeing, silicate glazing for mineral substrates, stencils that support an Urban Hotel style in the historic center.
The rooms can be cataloged by suggestion with respect to the materials used for the construction of the walls. We have 4 types of rooms identified with PAPER, LIME AND CLAY, EARTH AND POWDER, METALS.21 rooms equipped with the right comforts for you!

Le Camere Standard sono le camere più numerose, distribuite in tutti i piani dell’hotel, alcune hanno un balcone che si affaccia sui vicoli della magnifica città di Spoleto.

Le nostre De Luxe sono state rinnovate anche nei bagni. Tutte possono ospitare fino a tre persone disponendo, infatti, di un divano letto molto comodo.

Una camera con due ambienti, uno adibito camera matrimoniale e l’altro dove trova posto una comodissimo chaise longue. Un’ampia terrazza, un bagno ed una enorme doccia con getti idromassaggio e cromoterapia completano la dotazione di questa camera che è al secondo piano dell’hotel.

Situata al secondo piano, dispone di due locali, l’ingresso ha un accogliente divano letto dal quale rilassarsi e guardare la TV di 40” con servizio Sky on demand al vostro rientro dalla visita di Spoleto.

Una camera grande, accogliente ma anche riservata in quanto si ha una scala di accesso riservata in esclusiva. Ha due letti matrimoniali, due bagni di cui uni con doccia idromassaggio e cromoterapia, un piccolo balcone che si affaccia sui pittoreschi tetti di Spoleto.
